Warranty and Liability Wavier

_____ Slope Front Shelter: This product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty from leakage for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This warranty includes the seal between the two units; however, it does not apply to moisture caused by condensation from temperature variations, humidity, ground water, or water that may come through the ventilators or the door. Any shelter that is set in groundwater is not covered under this warranty. Hinges that do not show sign of maintenance (greased annually) are not covered under warranty. Homeowner will be charged for hinge replacement if required. Small cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction, which do NOT cause leakage are not covered by this warranty. Damage due to Geological Events or Acts of Nature is not covered, as this is beyond our control. Possible hairline cracks at time of handling, delivering, and installation is only cosmetic and not structural, will not be under warranty.

___ Above Ground Concrete Safe Room: This product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty from leakage for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. The warranty covers leaks that occur in the concrete. However, it does not apply to moisture caused by condensation from temperature variations, humidity, ground water, or water that may come through the ventilators or the door. Hinges that do not show sign of maintenance (greased annually) are not covered under warranty. Homeowner will be charged for hinge replacement if required. Small cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction, which do NOT cause leakage are not covered by this warranty. Damage due to Geological Events or Acts of Nature is not covered, as this is beyond our control. Waiver of Liability

The truck that is delivering the shelter/septic tank weighs approximately 60,000 pounds and will leave ruts. Concrete driveways, sidewalks, curbs, septic tanks, septic lines, sprinkler lines, or tin horns could be damaged if the equipment has to cross them. The homeowner relieves Advanced Concrete Technology, LLC of any damage to these items.
